Okay, we have had our ration of snow for the year. We probably got 1/2" in Central Jersey. Twenty more days and we are underway...to the land of oranges and Geritol...

We stay off 95 and go down the coastal route, stopping in Del., Va.,S.C.,and Ga. Then we venture into Florida in February. BTW gas is selling at $1.49 cash or credit at the local stations.

I spent the weekend insulating and protecting the slide out toppers, when we got to the camper Friday night it was 8 in side. I filled the void between the topper and slide with ridged insulation and covered the top over with rubber roofing to protect the fabric. Picked up the new sled and took time to break it in a bit. Snowbirds click on the blog spot in my sig to see what your missing.

Happy Holidays and Safe Travels

Al and Linda

Hey Lenny Moose, I'm ready for you to come riding, I'm planning on seeing you in January sometime, let me know how your schedule looks.

I am happy to say I know nothing of this snow & cold stuff you are talking about, was 75 and here today! If not for the fact that I was visiting with Mike(PartheCourse) & Lynda today I would have been at the pool !!

We're on the way and stopped in Va. Thought we were cold (22) until we saw temperature of 6 at home. We still had frozen hoses and pipes.
When we left Va. snow, wind and black ice. Made the trip to SC a little exciting. It's a bit warmer here ....32. Thought the south was warm.
