It looks like all the Snow Birds are returning back to the NE. I think the only two still out there are AL and Mike (Par the Course). What is really nice are the get together dinners/breakfasts that we have on the road when we get near one another down South. I hope next year is as good and that more of the NorEasters join the migration...

Bud you are absolutely correct, the getting together with other NorEasters is great while down here. I think Mike and Moe are still in the area, we are trying to get with them before leaving Tuesday.

We are taking our time on the return, there was six inches of snow at home yesterday with the schools all closed and it's 22 today.

It's so warm here THIS is what happened to the mouse curser on our computer

We are still taking our time getting back to NY. Suppose to warm up again next week. Would stay away longer, but Uncle Sam awaits his money.
The weather in Virginia yesterday was 81. Today is a different story. Rainy, cold and windy. I just don't want to hear "tornado" again.
Here in Virginia until Monday and then into PA.

If you see an I-95 southbounder , and snow melting from the roof around April 18-20th that will be me heading to MB.

Safe travels to all returning snowbirds

After thawing out our lines this morning in PA we started home. Route #81 from Carlisle to Scranton was wall to wall. I have never seen so much traffic. We travel this route often.
There were hundreds of tractor trailers on the road. Some going fast, some slow.
Arrived home safely. Yes,yes, they do make toilets without a pedal.

Hello All; Still working our way North, we left on Tues from Fl., and made it to GA. No rush to get back home! Had a great winter, seeing friends, and making new ones. Life is Good;

Hi Ron;

I'm still sitting here at Quail Roost but we plan on leaving Monday. Those up north may not understand this but, it's getting too hot here!

They were probably trying to make up lost time for their recent stoppage in protest of the high diesel prices.

Bob,
I'll be right there with you!
We're heading Southbound too - Can't wait for some warm MB sun!
I'm reading about these snowbirds coming back and thinking "What are they nuts!"

Arrived in Winston Salem ( Lynda's sister's) this afternoon after stopping in three Georgia and one S. Carolina state park in route. Had minor problems with one slide but there was a Newmar dealer in the area who took great care of us.
Hanging here until the weather is right to make the run home, looks like that may be about July 4th.
