As our rally time grows closer anyone with ideas for “to do’s” please share them.

Lenny (NY MOOSE) is attempting to have one of his distributors demo several RV related items.

Doris is working on “fun and games”

They can provide details.

We will work on posting links and getting brochures to the many attractions in the area and scheduling the most important NorEaster events…….. eating.

Looking for more so jump in with your thoughts.

Hey Mike, The Spring rally is approaching, but I'll leave the days to go count to Al.

Anyone interested in a "yard sale". Since we moved from the 5th wheel to the motorhome I've got some things I no longer need and I'd like to see them go to someone that could use them (cheap).

I think a group trip on the Erie canal would be fun. You go through the locks which drops the boat 20ft. and you turn around raise you up and return. Seems like trip was less then $20 and about 2 hrs long. A large group would require Res. held like 40 people on a pontoon boat. Getting the boat is about 10 miles away.

The canal trip was fun and interesting. For anyone interested in how the lock works, you can drive back to the lock after the boat ride and the operators will give you a tour of the workings of the lock. If they have to operate the lock while you're there, they will let you ride on top of the gate while it swings open or closed.

Also there is a train ride about 25 miles away that was interesting.

I think it goes without saying, that mining for the diamonds is a highlight of this location. We have to leave time for that...

We don’t have any ideas to contribute right now, but we’d participate in a yard sale. Also a group trip on the Erie canal sounds good, so long as we don’t have to paddle..
