Okay everybody. Since no one else has stepped up to the plate, Carol and I have volunteered to host the spring rally. We have reserved 30 sites at Tall Pines Campground in Bainbridge, NY. Sites 1-7, 35-50 and A-J will be held for two weeks and after that it's first come first served.
http://www.tallpinescampground-ny.com/

The dates are May 30 and 31, 2008. Their phone is 1-888-556-3624.

The campground is going to put on a wild west theme for us for the week end. It includes watergun shoot outs, facepainting for the kids, and other activities. Here is the information I received.
Please find attached information regarding Group Camping at Tall Pines Campground, Canoeing & Country Store.
Group Reservations (8 or more campsites) enjoy a variety of benefits, including:
Discount of 10% OFF campsite fees
Free Private Use of the Rec Hall for 2 hours for your gathering or meeting
Complete Catering Services available including Pancake Breakfasts, BBQ Chicken & Ribs, Hamburger & Hotdog Picnic, Thanksgiving Style Dinner, Pizza Party, and BBQ Dinner
Private Ice Cream Socials available
Special Events & Activities planned just for your group
10% Group Discount when reserving all of our canoes/kayaks for trips
Our campground has 74 campsites with a large group area to accommodate units both on the riverfront and by the poolside. We offer everything from tent sites to pull through sites to full hook up sites right on the Unadilla River -
sit and fish from your campsite, relax by the swimming pool, canoe or raft down the Unadilla River, enjoy our many planned activities, browse through our antique and gift store, savor an old fashioned ice cream soda or Eddy's BBQ, tour the Upstate New York countryside, and more!

As we discussed, we will switch from the Easter theme to the Wild Wild West theme for the dates that you will be staying with us. Although the 2008 schedule may be slightly different, please feel free to take a look at this year's activity schedule online at http://www.tallpinescampground-ny.co...sWildWest.html

You may also learn more about events/attractions page to learn more about things to do in the area at http://www.tallpinescampground-ny.com/attractions.html. This page will be updated over the winter, so check back often.

Please feel free to call me at 607-563-8271 or email me at tallpinescampground@yahoo.com with any questions you may have.

We'll be posting more about meals in the near future.

How nice of them to switch themes for you. Sounds like fun! Good job.
We're on site 7 28-2nd. Sounds like they tok a really small, older campsite and turned it into a jewel. I really enjoyed talking with the owner! If you want help, let me know.

Tom & Carol,
Thanks for taking on the job of circling our wagons once again. This looks like a nice campground and an area we haven't explored yet. Thanks again, we are looking forward to Spring Rally 2008! So of course we are in!
