Hi!

Gee, never thought to come here to ask locals this question.

We are thinking of getting a seasonal site here in NY at a campground. Problem is, not sure what to look into or what would be a good place to set it up in. We are thinking that it should be no further than 2 1/2 hours from home so we can do weekends there. We looked into ones closer to home-but they are really pricey! (one was $4200)! We are a family of 5-2 teens and one 7 year old. Has to have things to keep everyone happy. The hubby is really hoping to find one on or close to a lake that's large enough to have a boat.

So suggest away here-we are totally clueless! We've been camping all over for 20 years, it's whole new ball game with this idea.

Thanks!
Nell
