While sitting at the LT I see we have about 5 threads running regarding future rallies. I think some of them can be closed and eliminated. I will not do anything immediately, I will leave everything alone for a day or two. If anyone has any suggestions on what to leave ,please contact me and we will discuss. Let us do it thru PMs and not the public forum, as it will add another thread LOL. I think everyone has learned a good lesson from all this and we are still a strong family of RVers.

You have my whole-hearted support and thanks.

What do you think of the reduced signature?

Good Morning, Bud,

RE, Too many threads and what, how and so forth.

My opinions, But first let me say that I wouldn't have changed anything at the 3 rallies we've attended, but in some cases , the weather.

I don't know how this can be done, so I leave it up to people who do.

The seasons that the rallies are held in, is this something that is carved in stone?
The warmer weather allows for more activities, swimming, etc., but reservations have to be made well in advance. Someone posted that they were already making plans, for themselves, into 2009.

Also the summer months usually have more time and flexibility for most , particularly those with school age families.

The active group is growing, Has the group ever done, considered doing a boon- dock, say like at Foxwoods or someplace like that where there are things to see and do.

We've been to the air shows at Westover AFB, the New Air Museum in Windsor Locks, Ct. , I back my rig under the wings of a big Albatoss sea plane and the fire- fighters at Bradley Airport gave us a demonstration of their fire fighting equiptment and their use.

Just imput which is what you are seeking.

Busy Sunday, I think we're going down to the Elks lodge and join the fun.
There have also been rallies held in Elks parking areas.

Aimee, prior to this last post, by any chance did you read and understand what my original thread was about? If you are trying to be a comedian, it's not working. I stated if you want to discuss the reduction in threads, please PM me and NOT, I repeat PM me and NOT start another long lengthy thread. If you have a problem with this please respond via my Cell phone....

Please don't forget about Cape Hatteras!

If you all come I'll be able to present a breakfast like I did at the Cape May. Remember my motto, "Wa-Wa, wa wa wa wa wa wa!"

and -

I will not serve a day old anything!
