FYI Last I knew they did not have sites with sewer, suggest looking at Mystic KOA also for comparison.

Spring Rally
Les and I were very impressed by the Seaport resort and reserved 20 sites for June 7,8,9. The only thing they do not have is Sewer. There are 2 dump stations and a honey wagon for a fee. There are 2 very updated bath and toilet facilities very clean....there is a swimming pool. Also you are minutes away from so much to do...the casino's (2). Mystic Seaport just down the street...The campground is spacious and yet as soon as you leave it you are in activities galour....Sarah, the assistant manager was really nice and answered all our questions. Pets are permitted. (2 dogs) Restaurants close by...We have the pavillion, and if the weather is bad, there is an indoor area they will make available to us. Also a 3rd older rest rooms near the pavillion. They do lots of Rally's and we noticed there were lots of class A's there....I also have a price. Cut off date will be May 15...we only get a reduced rate if 10 or more sign up.

I think Mystic KOA would have been a better choice. Much nicer park with very easy access to all the area attractions and activities. JMHO.

Already committed myself...
When we were in NY...we talked about Seaport Resort in Mystic and no body mentioned there being a KOA in Mystic nor had I heard of one...so I went to Seaport Resort and liked what I saw and they were really nice so I already booked 20 sites for June 7,8,9. Sorry....all the sites are together and the price is $24.99 per night which includes your electric and the use of the pavillion...Great bathrooms very close...I talked to some people staying there and they love it there.

Bev,
Jan and I plan to attend next June in Mystic. So put us down for one of those 20 sites. We'll see you long before that in FLA.

Great to hear you are coming....that's 3 so far....just need 7 more to get the special rate...When I get home from Fl. in April, I will give you a registration number to give the campground when you call to make your reservation....It will be fun...I am already thinking of ideas to make it a wicked good rally...

We're planning on coming. We'll have our trusty blue tank, because we'll be one of those people staying for a week. I do prefer a sewer site, but the campground is also cheap enough to afford to be pumped out if needed.
Is the electricity good enough to be able to run the air conditioner if needed?
I would be a little concerned about the reviews I've read on the internet...but there are also some good reviews.

Been a couple of years but do not remember any power issues. Sites are large and flat with good lawns. Biggest issue was watch the roads, as at that tme there were potholes that could swallow a small car. Some of the structures could of used some updating at that time. Overall its a basic place to stay with nice size sites. Cant beat that rate in that area.

The Electric is all 30/50 Amp...not sure what you need for AC. We will also have our trusty blue tank also as we will be there for the week also...There is a place right down the road where I can purchase fire wood for our campfires and there is a ring right beside the pavillion....As far as reviews there are always the negatives no matter where you go...we just stayed at a INN in Salem NH for a funeral and it had some terrible reviiews but we found it to be clean, great, and staff went out of their way for us...
