Thanks to all of you for help with me asking questions. We decided to go with a permanent site for the time being. Got a call to be at Brennan Beach and since it's hubby's favorite place(salmon fishing) and we've been going there since 89, it'll be a nice fit.

Now if any of you are seasonals somewhere-what advice would you give someone who is doing this for the first time? What would you have done differently, might have needed at the site, things we should think about to have there all the time? I am excited and nervous! I can't wait until next May!

If any of you know of must sees to visit or do in or around that area, please pass them along too- we now have a place to do day trips from. We'll be doing long weekends for all of next summer(along with looking at colleges).

Thanks again!
Nell
