I can't seem to find out the name of the campground (around the Hard Rock in Hollywood?) where some folks stay overnight on the way to Bluewater Key. Can someone help us out?

Hi Dave and Joanne-

Some of the group stayed in the parking lots- but we stayed at Seminole Park- real close to hard rock, same road. Phone # 1-954-987-6961. It is a very nice place and right across the main road is another park where Jan and Bill live.

we are planning on the bluewater keys trip around June 7th-17th-
will have site 80 or 81 per rita at bluewater.

You have a great time and be safe-

Jon

Found Bob Ba Lous. Had the grouper. Tasty.

On the way down we ended up taking I-75 south. Stayed at a Miami-Dade county campground near Cutler Ridge. Nice place. Memo to self: try to time our travel so we don't get to Miami during afternoon rush time.

Bluewater Key is as advertised. Very nice. Quite warm for this time of the year but no storms around.

We'll check it out tomorrow. Walked by it a couple of times but didn't pay much attention to it. Several sites only have utilities on the wrong side of the site for us fifth wheelers. Others, like ours, have utilities on both sides.

Ate at Boondocks tonight (MM 27.5). Great burgers and key lime pie!

Jim and Carolyn,

Have a safe trip and a great time in the Keys! We are heading down to Bluewater the day you leave to come home. We will be there from June 7th to June 17th. Brittney is coming with us and her friend is coming down a few days later, so we were trying to work around everyone's schedule. We were hoping to go down when you were there, but it just didn't work out. Again, have a great time!! We know you will!!!

We headed out on May 26th. We will be back in the middle of November. We may stop in Titusville for a couple days on the way home.
