Wanted to get some ideas for the Christmas pot luck as we will not be having a room this year so wanted to know how everyone felt about having the pot luck outside earlier in the day or go to a restaurant. The other idea I had was instead of doing the Chines auction this year we either donate to a family or elderly or something along these lines. Let me know what you think ?

I am all for donating something to someone who needs it. How do we go about this? Pot luck or eating out....I can go either way. Whatever anyone else wants to do.

We could use a fast decision on the donation thing- Linda has been working hard items for the "auction". She can put that on the back burner if we are doing the donation instead.

As far as food is concerned, we could go either way, however, having our own diner/potluck earlier in the day would be our first pick.

It seems everyone is favor of afternoon pot luck or Bar B Q. The auction has turned into a donation I hope everyone is fine with this.
