Assuming you're talking about Harberson RV. Though I never bought a rig from them, I used to go to their well stocked parts dept. at their Clearwater location frequently. I've never heard any positive or negative comments about them though it has been awhile since we lived down in that area. Back then, it was Harberson-Swanston RV.
I'm sure that anyone with a negative experience will chime in real soon.
