Hi All, Last week we talked about possibly having a New Years Rally down at Lake Okeechobee but with the water levels down so low, we don't that would be good. Any interest in going to the Fort Myers area??? If so I will make some phone calls to see if anything is available. Let me know!!! Jan

OK == The mystery has been solved -- we will be going to Upriver RV Resort http://www.upriver.com/index.html in North Fort Myers. 1-800-8481652 ask for Carol and mention the Florida Boomers.
At this date, they have over 10 sites available so if you want to join us to celebrate the New Year so should call soon.
They will be having an Event for New Years Eve but the woman I talked to didn't have any details. Also they have a REC room so we can have a pot luck Saturday evening if there is interest.
The rates are $41.40 per night for a 30x60 site on grass with a concrete patio/full hookup. These sites are all in the same vicinity of each other.
OR if you prefer an 40 x 100 all concrete site in another area the rate is $52.50 per night.
They might also have a "Steak Fry" on Friday night -- again details were not available.

We will be on site 84 from 12/27 to 1/1 -- if you want to stay come earlier or stay later just check availability.

How does that sound????????????
