We (Marty & Short Sharon) are going to Soggy Bottoms on May 2,3,4. www.sogbot.com We usually go a day ahead to enjoy the piece and quiet. There will be fewer Bluegrass members but still enough to have a jam session here and there.

Anyone is welcome.! For those who have never joined us it is No reservations, 250 sites, 30amp w/water, very shaded sites. Pets allow on leash. $15.00 per night, rarely are there any children which makes it nice!

There is donuts and coffee at 9am on Sat mornings in the Pavilion and bring a covered dish for a potluck dinner at 5pm on Sat night.
For those who play music there are bluegrass jam sessions everywhere.

Our Soggy Bottoms Club is $10 per person for yearly membership. This includes the breakfast and supper on Saturdays. We have a little store that sells T-shirt, hats, etc. And your camping is only $13. a day after you join. Soggy Bottoms Bluegrass Bunch meets the first full week-end of every month.

We'll have to miss this one because of Cooterfest. But for anyone not going to Cooterfest or just hasn't gone to Soggy Bottom/Sertoma Ranch, we highly recommend a visit. This is a nice laid back place and we've had a great time on our last two visits!

What's really nice is that it is somewhat centrally located for many of us. With current fuel prices, a nice close to home getaway is a real plus.

Do to some unforseen repair on the MH, I will not be able to make the trip to S.C. I will be joining Short Sharon and Marty at Soggy Bottom soaking up some of that great bluegrass music. I will be arriving early on Thursday

I think Rick & Cheryl cancelled out on the S.C. trip so maybe they will be coming this weekend also.

Derek, We won't be at Soggy Bottoms again until fall. There has been a change of plans, you are all welcome to go without us but we aren't going back until maybe Sept.

So is anyone going? Starr and I are considering if I can get someone to cover my work. Wonder if my Sprint card will get a good signal out there...

Dave,
We just can't make it this month but we'll be back in the fall. Derek was going too, so he might still attend?
There's a few of us going to Manatee Hammock in Titusville on the 23rd of May for the Shuttle Launch. Derek and us are staying until around the 2nd of June. Maybe you could join us there?
