Lori,
We camped at Gaslight one time early last Spring. Apparently the campground has changed ownership a couple years ago, as I read some strange reviews about the place. Some tended to comment about how mean the owners were, others said it was a nice place with friendly owners. We didn't have any issue with power or hookups, our only issues were weather related. The CG is only a half mile or so off I-80 and very easy to get into.
We went to Gaslight for our very first trip in the AB on the suggestion of a fellow I work with. The CG is an older place but reasonably well maintained. An elderly couple now owns it and seem very nice. Since we were anxious for our first trip, we were there in mid-April, on a rainy weekend and ended up being 1 of only 3 sites rented for the weekend. The pull-through sites, which I requested are a little close together, so the CG usually tries to rent out every other one to leave some space between them.
The only issue I did have with the place was that it needs more gravel spread on the roads and sites. Part of the issue of course was that we were there in very early Spring and it rained almost the whole weekend so that had a big effect on the mud. Later in the Summer, it might be fine.
In my case, lots of rain, and early soft early Spring ground didn't work out well. Since the sites are perpendicular to the road, rather than angled, it's a sharp turn in to them on very soft ground. It's a sinking

feeling as the rig started spinning it's tires halfway into the site. I ended up backing up and trying again with the tag air dumped and then all was fine, but I did make a mess. I felt bad making the ruts, but I was following the owners directinos (he leads you to your site).
I don't have many pictures of the place other than a couple of our rig sitting on the site.
Where was Bill when I needed my tires cleaned
