Yes, It is. But you have to remember that you only have a 50-50 chance of seeing the sun on any given day here in "The Burgh".

Jim:

The truck is loaded so all I have to do is eat, hook-up, pack up the cat and go. Probably, this will all take about an hour so we won't get going until six or later.

See you there!

I understand that the rain will be back in town for the weekend.

Sure, George. You can go. Just pack your bags and "git outta Dodge". (Yeah, I know. It's easier said than done. And I've been in your shoes many times myself. ). Hopefully, we'll join up again before the season's over.

Frank, I just had my surgery on Wednesday, Jodi is coming to pick me up today. I have a one-week follow up appointment. Maybe after next Wednesday, we can join the campout!

Thank you Lori. I'm doing quite well already. Surgery was last Wednesday, released on Friday....came home and was on my feet all night and all day Saturday and Sunday...1-week check up on Wednesday, and I'm already off the pain meds, planning a big yard sale for Thursday.

I played one of my horns today and have great lung power. Still have pain when riding in a car, and my abdomen gets jostled from side to side, or when sitting/standing. Other than that, I'm quite well right now barring any yet unknown complications.

George

Hi George:

I thought I'd take a moment to tell you I had an awful time at Prince Gallitzin SP last weekend. No, really, I had a great time but I had to say that first sentence because I'd hate to see a grown man cry. However, while I was there, I took a picture of a monument to Prince Gallitzin that is in the campground. Here is is below.

My driveway is so steep that I couldn't even think about backing the TT into it. And, of course, there's no camping or maintenance allowed in the self-store where I keep it. I can park in front of the house but you're not allowed (or supposed) to sleep in it there either. I don't like to park it at home for long periods because, being in a cul-de-sec, it causes parking problems and limits the amount of "turn around" space for vehicles; especially large trucks like the garbage truck. However, it's not all bad. Over the years, I've become quite skilled at parallel parking a trailer in a cul-de-sec and hitching at an angle.
