Referring back to camping at Punderson State Park in Jan in NE Ohio.
Long story short....while driving thru the campground, at about 20 sites were maybe 100 banners like you would put up in your yard during the political season. Except they were all holding " bras " I mean bras all over the place, not until getting to the last campsite there was a large sign for a lesbian organization having a outing.
Later that afternoon while walking around with my buddy the park officer stopped us asking if any of this offended us. I said "O, no officer I'm totally OK with it". Now my buddy had to think a minute after I elbowed him in the ribcage to just say it was fine.

Oh, that had to be a sight!
Will this be your last outting for the season, Jim? I think the nice weather November will be coming to an end soon.

O ya, will winterize on Monday. Getting up early Saturday to go to Jamie's flea with George. Got this IPhone about a month ago....I'm sure lov-n-it ....it comes in so handy while camping- getting weather updates, doing EBay, looking up directions, camera, video, checking for garage sales, news, email and I can do it while sitting at the campfire.

We had a great weekend camping with the Slifkas at Findley State Park. The turkey was fantastic cooked over the open campfire! Slifka's arrived before us, and we arrived about 4:00. My wife said that was not enough time to prep the bird, so we had steak on Thursday.
We celebrated Thanksgiving on Friday, Diane and Jodi cooked over the open campfire. The turkey was great! it was really moist and delicious. All the typical fixings were on the table including sugarfree cranberry drink mix for special dietary needs.
On Saturday, Jim, my daughter, and I went to Jamie's Flea Market in South Amherst. The plan was to get a table, play music to the crowd, and sell CDs, tapes and new harmonicas. When I inquired about a table, I learned that I there was no electric available for the outdoor vendors. That almost put the kabosh on the plan, so we then walked around as strolling musicians.
Sunday morning was the first rain that we had all weekend. After breakfast, we had about 1 hour to dry off the canvas and pack up the campers. Got home and re-winterized.
