TEXAS BOOMERS
10th Anniversary Rally

An exciting event we hope all Texas Boomers will put on their calendar to attend! We always have a great time at our events, but this one will be extra special to commemorate
ten years together!

WHEN
Friday, September 3 to Monday, September 6 - 2010

WHERE
Alamo Fiesta RV Resort in Boerne, Texas
www.alamofiestarvresort.com for directions and park information

RALLY INFO
We have 73 sites on reserve - most of the sites in the rally section has 30/50 amps but there are about 3 that only have 30 amps.
The rally rate is $24.75 per night (for 2 people).
We will have full use of both rally halls for the weekend!

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend this event for any reason, please be courteous to notify sandycreekmore@texasboomers.net
as soon as possible
so your site may be given to someone else to attend
or
contact the rv park directly at 830-249-4700
for last minute cancellations.
If no courtesy call is made, the Texas Boomers are held financially responsible for one night site fee to the rv park.

RALLY PACKAGE PLAN
I'm required by the park to collect the site fees and pay by one check. I'm also planning to have Rudy's BBQ cater the Saturday night and have already contracted SOL PATCH come for entertainment on Saturday night
so I'm going to pull together a "rally package plan" that will include all the expenses of the celebration.

We are an eating group with an rv'ing disorder, you know! And proud of it!

I am so pleased that past, present and some future attendees are coming out of the woodwork for this shindig! I increased our site allocations to 73 yesterday and already have 57 filled! If we hit the 73 mark, this will be the biggest rally ever INCLUDING all the National rallies we've attended over the years! We're settin' a record!!!

Ya'll keep those signups coming!

Sandy

Still waiting on Rudy's BBQ to get back with me w/ a catering price. When it comes in, I can announce the "rally price package".

Send a message via Skype™ to Barbara S.
I plan to be there from 9/2 - 9/7. I have figured out what I owe for camping so just let me know when you get a price for the BBQ and entertainment so I can send you a check.
Can't wait!!!

I am on cloud nine! I actually want to shout from the highest rooftop - make a post across the boards - whatever it takes to share that the Texas Boomers are the best rv group in the country!

We are still 2 1/2 months away from our Labor Day 10th Anniversary Celebration at AlamoFiesta RV Resort in Boerne.. and we've hit a milestone!!

We hit an all-time high in signups for a state rally when #50 logged on and signed up...... but today I'm jumping for joy!

we now have
71 rigs
AND #68 STILL TO CONFIRM
signed up to come celebrate with the Texas Boomers!

This is unprecedented for a state group and right up there (if not surpassing) National Rally attendance!

I have only 4 sites left....get your name on the list QUICK..if you plan to come!
no need to ask me if I've proud of the Texas Boomers
the answer is definitely
YES

looking forward to the party!
Sandy

there are only two more sites available!
once these are signed up for, we'll have to contact another
campground (which is 15 miles away) to fill in
the overflow!

absolutely awesome!

Dang Sandy, I will be plumb tuckered out by the time I shake all of the guys hands and hug all of the sweet young ladies. I may have to do the meet and greet in two shifts to get some rest.

I now have begun a waiting list for the
10th anniversary celebration!

As you know (if you've attended any rally or campout) there's always the
Texas Boomer Shuffle
that happens with any event so there may be cancellations
and they will be filled on a
"first come first served" from that waiting list!

This is absolutely the most awesome thing
I've ever seen!

But.....us Texans
(and our honorary Texans from Missouri and Arizona)
are pretty darned awesome!

This is definitely going to be
THE EVENT
to watch!
