The last time it was this cold for this long was back in 1996 - qwitcherbelliaching!!!!

As I stated, I want to go where there is warm weather. Unfortunately I don't have pontoons on the MH. But wait, Tuesday it is supposed to be close, or in the 60's. Must be summer.

I have heard both 15 and 17 degrees for here at Lake Conroe. All I know is that it was so cold that my little tow car refused to start. I did nothing but let it sit in the sun a few hours and it started just fine a few minutes ago.
I heard about that dreaded forecast of rain for next weekend. Don, can't you DO something about that???

Up here in Waco, thermometer said 17 this morning at 7:00. For the first time in the 17 years we've had this house, there was ice on the pool . Went down to the RV storage unit and all was well except for the fact that NONE of the water knobs would budge! Never had that before. I guess the plastic lines and mechanisms react the wrong way to this cold. Anyone ever had that happen to them before??

My pool company told me to make sure my pool was circulating so it wouldn't freeze any of the lines. My daughter is supposed to be overseeing that while I am away.
The faucet here at the campground dripped last night - not intended but I couldn't turn it completely off. Today there was a large pile of ice that never melted all day. I have an ice chest sitting outside and I couldn't open it tonight because it is frozen shut. The ice inside is a week old and it is still frozen.

At least it is supposed to warm up by the weekend well above freezing and we may have a shower or 2 but the boomers, except on one memorial occasion Madame, never let a little rain spoil the fun. Heck it was wet and miserable the whole Christmas rally and we managed to have a great time ! One good thing the rally hall at this park ha a huge covered front porch.
