Galveston?
She was Boomer Alert(ed) in the North Bound Lane of I-45.
Turn around! She is probably out of Texas by now.

Poor Slammie Dunkette.

Hi folks, sounds like you had a great time. How did you like the facilities at the RV Ranch? Did they add to your great time, or did you have a great time in spite of the RV Ranch? Some of the past reviews I've seen weren't that favorable.

IC, I don't know why RV Ranch would get a bad review. Place is definitely above average in all things. Well the WiFi stinks, but you can live with that.

But The Texas Boomers can have a good time anywhere we go. The activities were strictly 100% Texas Boomer. Shoot we can have a ball having a potluck breakfast in a laundry room.

RV Ranch is one CG that I would return to. Of course it would be better if the Texas Boomers were there also.

Indian Creek, RV Ranch is a number 1 campground, we have been there a number of times and the only problem is their Wi-Fi is a bit crappy. Everthing else is Class A. Of course our Boomers can make a sand pile Great

The Vinvard in Grapevine is a class act also...

Highly recommended for a stay in the DFW area

Thanks for the tip Mike & Sandie I will look into it for a camp out next year. Would like to invite ya'll to our camp out up in Mitchell RV Park in Perrin just north of Mineral Wells over Halloween weekend. I think ya'll would find the Texas Boomer bunch to be a great group of folks to camp with that is if you like to eat and have loads of fun.

Calling all Boomers in the northern part of the State.

A little birdie told me that Don and Pat are putting on one heck of a Halloween campout in Perrin for those up in the north!

I know we have campouts all over the state that those in the north aren't able to come to, but this one's close enough to have a good number going!

Mitchell RV Resort is THE PLACE TO GO! If you like the outdoors feel of an unique park, Mitchell is it. Absolutely a jewel of a park!

And a group of Boomers will be there to carry on the traditon of the October Garbage Can Dinner

The Vineyards is really a great park Don. We've stayed there several times and Grapevine is a great little downtown to visit. I don't believe they have a rally hall but I think I recall a Pavillion.
