Those of you attending the Memorial Day Rally might have gotten a small bite of the most absolutely awesome cake ever..........made by Janet Mezger!

She was kind enough to send the recipe.......actually she gave it to Dana Golden who said she was going to post it............but we haven't seen it yet .....so I asked Janet to send to me!

So I'm passing the recipe along to you................

Dr. Pepper Cake

1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 small box instant Vanilla Pudding
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 can Dr. Pepper

Mix all ingredients together and bake as directed on cake mix box.
Cool completely before icing.

Frosting:

1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 Box powdered sugar (3 2/3 cups)
1 stick butter softened
Cocoa to taste (I used 4 T. of Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa)

Blend all ingredients together and frost after cake is completely
cooled.
