Hooray! Mary got out of Methodist Hospital this afternoon. It’s definitely good for her morale. She will be at the New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, for how long, we don’t yet know. We got there just in time for Mary to get something to eat for dinner. The therapists will evaluate her tomorrow morning and then we should have a good idea how long she’ll be there.

This is a relief for me: The distance from home is about the same but with much less traffic so the travel time will be less.

Mary’s hives are about gone and she doesn’t need any supplemental oxygen now. She is still in a fair amount of pain. With an eight or nine inch incision in her back, I can understand why.

Thank you for your prayers. Please continue them if you would.

Love,
David

PS: Hospital address is 2041 Sundance Parkway New Braunfels, TX 78130
