I have ya'll penciled in right now. What day will you arrive and depart?

I have a flight into DFW at 4 PM. Provided the flight is on time, we'll get there some time in the evening. We may not make dinner.

Mike The office will probably be closed when you arrive so when you arrive, we will have site info on the door of the office. Most of us will be up in Jacksboro for dinner but we will be back around 8:30 or 9PM. Looking forward to meeting ya'll.

Glad to see the post! And VERY GLAD that ya'll had a wonderful time in Perrin! I have no doubt that all events were fun, the fellowship fantastic and the food.....as always WONDERFUL!
Don, I'm sorry the cell phone service wasn't up to par.....I tried and tried to call you back, but only got your voice mail. I remembered from the National there, that one had to stand out in the middle of the road directed toward the wind, standing on one foot with one arm pointing northward to get decent reception There's a lotta miles from Perrin to Cypress...and very few cell towers to transmit the distance I guess! Anyway...email me before I go crazy

We had a great time at our first Boomers campout. We always enjoy Mitchell and really enjoyed dinner, the trick or treat party and the campfires. There sure were a lot of us Flower Mounders!
Thanks for the hospitality. We look forward to the next one.

We had a wonderful time this weekend. Thank you, Don and Pat, for everything. The food, fun, and especially the Halloween party. Sorry, Don, that I burned up half your wood the first night, but you promised a "campfar" every night, and when I went outside there were only a few matchsticks burning out there, so I figured I would take matters into my own hands. Anyway, if was all fun. And for those of you who missed it, we even heard WEREWOLVES howling on Halloween night as we sat out by the fire. They scared the bejeebers out of Charlie and Judy's doggies - their eyes got really big and wide. And they were still howling later when we went to bed. Bob and I enjoyed meeting all the newbies and nearly-newbies and hope they join us again. Great weekend, great weather and great folks. Hope everyone made it home safely. Diane.

Thanks Pat and Don and everyone for a great weekend! And Wayne I hope we left you some fish to catch. Semper Fi
The cat, whom Mavis has named Jerry, made it back to our Adobe. I have an appointment for this Sunday to take it in to have it's personel's removed, shots, and what not. Mavis is giving it a Flea bath today.
I think it will be a great road cat as "Jerry" was very content to sit on the back of the chair and watch the road. The first 20 miles or so it kept complaining and looking at the door. I found out what that was about as it wet on the floor twice and then pooped on the couch. A litter box wouldn't have been much help as Jerry did not seem to understand what that contraption was for after we got home as we kept him confined to the sun room. I think he is getting the idea a day later. Next week after he is used to his surroundings we'll let him back outside.
