I have contacted the old historic Collin Street Bakery in downtown Corsicana and on Sat afternoon 14 Jan we may be able to get a tour of the old bakery. I have to call and confirm the week before and let them know appox how many will be in our group.

If you are coming to the 2012 Kick Off Camp Out and would like to participate please reply to this thread.

I'm sure the tour of the bakery downtown would be a neat tour....do they give out free samples!!!!

There is also a huge Collin Street Bakery outlet off the Interstate there as well as some other shops although I'm not exactly sure what they are...surely someone in the area can give us a clue. I just know there's a huge parking lot and other buildings. The bakery itself (out there) is much bigger than the old store downtown and has LOTS more than just the fruitcakes they are famous for!
