RESERVATIONS
We have 35 sites on reserve for the rally. [/SIZE][/B]COLOR]
Please call the park office at 936-582-1200 to reserve one for you.
Be sure to tell them you’ll be with the Texas Boomers RV Club
and give them your information and cc to secure your reserved site.
When all 35 sites are filled, you’ll be placed on a wait list for any cancelled or vacated sites and will be notified by the park if such occurs
Once you’ve reserved your site with the park, PLEASE let us know so we can put your name on the attending list on this announcement so we will know exactly how many to plan for!
ACTIVITIES LOCATION
We are assigned the Flamingo Hall for our rally. This new hall is behind/attached to Magnolia Hall with the main entrance door from the side street. There is plenty of parking in front of the halls.

Thursday Night Early Arrivals – 6pm at a local restaurant
Sign up to go out to eat at Ransom’s Steakhouse (1/4 mile from the rv park) with plenty of parking. Good food – moderate prices
FRIDAY NIGHT MEET AND GREET – 6PM in the Flamingo Hall
Sign up to bring Sandwiches, Salads and/or Snacks

SATURDAY MORNING BREAKFAST – 9AM in the Flamingo Hall
Sign up to bring a traditional breakfast dish
SATURDAY NIGHT SUPPER – 6PM at the Davidson’s
BBQ SUPPER AT THE DAVIDSON’S PLACE IN HUNTSVILLE
Karl and Kassie have invited the entire group to come to their place for a catered full bbq supper. We’ll carpool to their homestead and maps will be provided. Approximate cost for the meal will be $8 per person. We must have an accurate count for the caterer!!!
