Labor Day Rally Meal Signup Thread

MEALS – AFTER LABOR DAY RALLY
Please post your selections below for the various meals. It is monitored and will be updated daily. If you have any questions or need help w/ signing up, contact me. Be sure to include your name as we have several 'same names!'



MEAL INFORMATION
All meals will be in the Rally Hall.
BYOB (bring your own beverage of choice) to all meals.
Please bring all your tableservice (plates, napkins, etc.) to all meals.
Bring your dishes to the Rally Hall 30 mins. before meal time so we can set up and eat on time.

THURSDAY NIGHT “KIT AND KABOODLE SUPPER” – 6:00 PM
Soup, Salad, Sandwich and Snacks – bring the kit and caboodle! Sign up to bring a dish to feed 8-10 people

SOUPS
JThompsons - white bean chili
McNeelys - 2x4 soup
Chisam - taco soup
Martins- chili
Fraziers - minestrone soup

SALADS
Speir - Potato Salad
Hicksons - green salad
Butlers - Pea salad and relish tray
Curtis - Pasta Salad
Barnetts - Loaded potato salad
Smiths - tomato, onion & cucumber salad


SANDWICHES
Creekmores and Van Zandts
Davidsons and Brys
Cronenberg - chicken croissants
Mills - sandwiches
Tylers - chicken pasta casserole
Sours - spinach and tomato chili wraps
Speers - ham and cheese
Pooles - chicken salad sandwiches




SNACKS
Palmers - chips and queso
Whitteds - cheese crackers
Manns - guacamole
Combes - bean dip
Kingsley - cucumber dip and chips
Roth - snack tray
Allens - relish tray
Lovitts - fruit tray


S’mores provided for all around the campfire after supper as we watch a movie at the Stockyard Stage!

Flapjacks with sausages provided. Sign up below if you’ll be hungry!!
