MEAL HOST DUTIES
Arrive early prior to the meal
Set out coffee & condiments if it is a breakfast meal
Assist with anything being prepared in the kitchen
Set out needed kitchen and rally hall clean up items
Assist those using stove, ovens or microwave
Greet attendees when they arrive and help set out their dishes
Attend to the serving tables during the meal
CLEAN UP CREW DUTIES
Wipe down all eating tables and straighten chairs
wipe down serving tables
Wash any dishes used in prep
Wipe down surfaces in the kitchen area
Collect and bag all trash and take to the dumpster
