RALLY PACKAGE

Occasionally it is easier to plan a rally package to include site fees and meals - such is the case for this rally! The total cost for the weekend which includes two night’s site fees,Zippy Omelet Breakfast for two and Garbage Can Dinner for two is $75.00 (note: adjustments in # of nights or # of persons or # of meals will be made accordingly)

RALLY SCHEDULE

FRIDAY NIGHT MEET AND GREET – 6:30 pm
Bring soup, sandwich tray, dessert, or snack dish to share! Music provided on the Texas Boomers karaoke system plus card games, LCR etc.


SATURDAY MORNING ZIPPY OMELET BREAKFAST - 9am One awesome omelet made to order, juice and breakfast rolls We will be posting a signup so we’ll know how to prepare for

Fall Craft Corner – Pumpkin Decopage
Saturday Morning after Breakfast
Bring an artificial pumpkin (Hobby Lobby, Michaels or Garden Ridge) and package of beverage napkins (Dollar Store, Walmart, etc) in a fall color or design. We’ll supply the rest and teach you how to create a unique centerpiece for your table in the rally hall!

**ANNUAL FUN/FUND RAISER AUCTION**
This is our fun-est event of the year and the $$$ raised from the auction goes toward the expenses of the club throughout the year : website fees, welcome packets, name tags, bumper stickers, door prizes, etc etc throughout the year!

Bring a wrapped gift for each person attending. It can be anything...we've seen it all - wine, dog food, home and Kitchen décor, pictures, decorations and craft items, good stuff, cheesy stuff and some ???? stuff too! Large items or items of value may be displayed on a "silent auction" table. Our auctioneer, Don Allen, will begin the bidding and the fun begins…………we can always guarantee you a barrel of laughs and a good time!

Only those requesting 50A are noted. All others will use 30A
