As our rallies continue to grow by leaps and bounds, the work load increases as well. A lot of effort goes into the planning of the rallies, but also requires physical labor to execute those plans and no one person can do it alone!

MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK
everyone wants to pitch in - the question is
"what do I do? and "when can I do it?"

For this rally, I've divided up the work load and the attendees into groups that will take an event during the rally and either set up or clean up.
The "work" is relatively easy and in 15 minutes the project is complete and your group only has to do it once!

THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED ON BOTH ENTRANCE
DOORS TO THE RALLY HALL AT MILLER CREEK!

SET UP AND CLEAN UP CREWS

Set Up Crews – set up and prepare the meal
Clean Up Crews – clean off tables, straighten chairs,
clean up kitchen, carry out trash and set out utensils for the next meal
FRIDAY NIGHT SET UP
meet at the rally hall at on Friday 4pm
Creekmores Shodrocks Wurch/Golden
Allens Simmangs Womacks
FRIDAY NIGHT CLEAN UP CREW
after the meet and greet
Hewletts Spade Atkins
LaPoints O’Banions Roberts
SATURDAY BREAKFAST CLEAN UP CREW
after the Memorial Day Tribute
Mezgers Towns Queens Johnsons Bombergers Andersons
SATURDAY BBQ BASH SET UP CREW
Boerners - Allens
SATURDAY NIGHT BBQ BASH CLEAN UP
after the meal
Mensch Bracken Blairs
Curtis Connell
SUNDAY HAYSTACKS LUNCHEON SET UP CREW
meet in the kitchen at 10:30 am
Wilsons Gaines Palmers
DiGiovanni Millers
SUNDAY HAYSTACKS CLEAN UP CREW
after the luncheon
Ace Browns Dabbs Kramers Skidds McKibbins

Sandy, do really expect that this group will organize that eaisly? You had better bring your whip to get us in shape. Maybe a baseball bat as well.

Ken,
Many Hands is an electrician (His brother "Dirty" Hands is a plumber). He will be there to turn the lights on/off.
I'm glad I'm an electrician and can help with the lights Friday night.
