Hi Barbara:

We will be there on Thursday and leave Sunday in OUR NEW 2007 NATIONAL SEA BREEZE MOTOR HOME!!!! 36' 50 AMP. I'm pretty sure there's a spot reserved already for us.

I want to bring salad for Friday night meet and greet and pastries and juice for Saturday morning. Me and Pete will attend the BBQ Saturday night.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Can't wait!
Patti and Pete Schmitz

Barbara,
i need to point out that we actually expect everyone to be included in the BBQ dinner on Saturday nite...the catering price is based on 50 or more people partaking in this. So, yes, we want to see a "sign-up" to assure we have the numbers, but it's really not optional to bring your own dinner, unless of course, someone is not able to eat BBQ. Not sure how to get this message across?

The Palmers will bring Soup for dinner on Friday nite & Hash Browns for Breakfast on Saturday morning. As always, thanks for taking care of the meal posts.

Don't worry, Mary. We have plenty of people signed up for the rally, they just haven't signed up on the meal thread yet. While not everyone will sign up for a catered meal, the majority will eventually sign up. Thank you for setting this up so we have a night to sit back and enjoy the meal.

Got you down, Bob & Donna. The easy way to reply is just tell me what you want to bring and I will put it in the sign-up. You did an excellent job though and if I ever need a helper I know who to call.
