unfortunately, Barbara has taken a bad fall that has left her badly bruised and sore - thankfully nothing broken!

so I'm stepping in to help her out while she's recouperating and have posted all the food up sign ups to this point! No, it isn't as professional as hers!

For those of you who thought I must have fallen off the face of the earth because I have not been posting any of the meals, you would have been almost right. I went to a training class for my job and when I arrived I fell (hard) face first onto the concrete....in front of my boss, his boss, and about 2 dozen of my co-workers.

I ended up in the Emergency Room. I still have a few scrapes on my face and some banged up knees (they were already in bad shape) and have spent every minute I was at home sleeping and trying to recover.
I apologize to everyone who has been waiting for me to post their meals. I will start working on this tonight and continue tomorrow until I can catch up.
