MEAL INFORMATION
BYOB (bring your own beverage of choice) to all meals.
All tableservice (plates, napkins, etc.) will be provided.
Please bring your dishes to the Rally Hall 30 mins. before
meal time so we can set up and eat on time.

Friday Night - Meet & Greet
6:00 PM - Sign up to bring 1 of the following:
(enough to feed 8 - 10 people)

Sandwiches
1. chicken sandwiches on wheat - Brown
2. pimento cheese on white - Spade
3. ham & cheese on rye - Atkins
4. ham & cheese on wheat - Connell/Zaiontz
5. chicken salad sandwiches - DiGiovanni
6. ham salad sandwiches - McKibbin
7. tuna sandwiches on white - La Point

Snacks
1. layered dip w/ Tostitos - Creekmore
2. meatballs - Mezger
3. lil' smokies in BBQ sauce - Curtis
4. potato chips (regular & flavored) - Wilson
5. jalapeno stuffed ham rolls - Miller
6. cheese & crackers, cookies & fruit - Towns

It is imperative that we have an ACCURATE COUNT for the BBQ Supper and the Haystacks Luncheon. Every item will have to be shopped for prior to arrival and transported to the RV park so it is necessary to know exactly how many will attend.

Saturday Dinner - BBQ Bash (catered meal)
6:00 PM in the Rally Hall
Cost will be $8.50 per person. Capt Frank will be our Chief BBQ'er for this event!
We will serve brisket, sausage, corn on the cob, red potatoes, salad, & dessert. Yum!
