MEAL INFORMATION
BYOB (bring your own beverage of choice) to all meals.
All tableservice (plates, napkins, etc.) will be provided.
Please bring your dishes to the Rally Hall 30 mins. before
meal time so we can set up and eat on time.

Due to seating arrangements and planned meal signups,
please notify the host if you invite guests to attend any of the meals.

Time change for the Saturday dinner!

Gift exchange 6:30

Saturday Night Rally Supper
5:00 PM in the Rally Hall
***TIME CHANGE***
The time of our Saturday Night Rally Supper is being
changed from 6:00 pm to *5:00pm*
This will allow us plenty of time to eat our meal leisurely,
take a 30 minute break to take our side dishes back to our rigs,
walk our pets, etc etc etc

We will meet back at the rally building at *_6:30 PM sharp_*
for our Christmas Gift Exchange festivities.
With the extended number of attendees, we have to allow ample
time for the exchange and hope to be done by *_9:00 PM sharp_*

Pat Allen called me and had a good suggestion - didn't get to email you before you posted.........

On the Christmas rally supper, use the OTHER category for people to bring dressing and gravy to go with the hams and turkeys!

Good suggestion! I did that, then changed it to a category under the meat sign-up so people would see it better.
