Memorial Day Wrap Up

Well it was wet, it was soggy, it flooded, and there was even a tornado close by but it did not even come close to dampening our sprit or the fun.

What a wonderful new park and an amazing family that own and manage it. I am sure the Boomers will be returning to this jewel for rallies well into the future.

Pat and I want to thank all the folks that pitched in and made this rally happen and a special thanks to Richard Oder and his wife for all their help as we got used to this beautiful new park. Also to Madame Boomer for discovering this park and working with them to set up the rally and providing the flags that we displayed at the park entrance to honor our service members on Memorial Day.

Do hope everyone had safe trips home and did not find any damage from all the flooding.

It was a great Memorial Day rally! Thanks to all for coming!

Janet & I wish to extend our thanks to you Don, Miss Pat, Madame Boomer and the many others that, as always, make our long trips to these events well worth it. Now that my bride has officially retired, expect to see more of us at future rallies.
