Portable folding camp far bowl.

I don't mean to horn in on Don's handy dandy washer machine fireplace, but we ran across this in Target and thought it was cool. It is a fire bowl/ring thing that folds up and has it's own bag to store it in. Buuut it also has an aluminum bowl that will sit in the stand that holds ice and Beer/wine/tequila--------ok and water/cokes, for those days that the fire ban is on which was most of last summer. Now even folded it is still as big as a car tire, but at least the dirt stays in the bag and not my baggage compartment. Here is the link for it Fire and Ice Folding Fire Bowl - 26" : Target=

Oh and best of all it is only $59.

Don,
Put the screen door back on the RV. Stop trying to fool people.

Haven't you every heard of far from ice?

You go to a lake that has exceptionally clear water. You cut out a large enough piece of ice to cover your far container, and then a lot more to lap over the edge. Your beer goes on the outer ring of the ice, and the ice acts as a magnifying glass and starts a far. Do remember though, you have to drink the beer before the ice melts. And, don't let the full beer fall into the far, or KABOOM. Immediate drunken stupor.

No no you use the ice/beer tub when they have a far ban on. Which for us was most of last year. That way if you can't have a far you can at least drink beer and tell war stories on what it used to be like to have a real far. It is just a second aluminum tub that sits in the stand so you don't have to get up outa your chair and and I imagine while drinking said beer it could be set down in the ice between sips so it stays cold. Sorta like an ice coffee table. But then in Texas heat you better have a dump truck load of ice to keep refilling it since it's not insulated.
