RV communities

Looking to downsize but not be full timers. Would like to find places where you could have a 2 bedroom house and a garage for the coach. Close to Dallas but no further south than Waco. We plan on traveling a bunch but want a home base. Anyone know of such a community?

Thanks for the Granbury RV Ranch link! Added to my bookmarks.

I've been doing a similar search this year just to get an idea what options are out there. As far as I can tell, Granbury and Whitney are pretty much it for anything near to N Texas. I have family in Granbury, and there seems to be a lot more options there.
