The official rally dates (use of Rally Hall) are:

Arrive Friday, March 2, 2018. Check-in starts at 12:00 (earlier may be OK).

If you arrive after 4:30, a map and directionns to your site will be on the clipboard.

Depart Sunday, March 4, 2018. Check-out by 11:00.

Office hours Mon-Sat 8:30-4:30 Sun 10:00-3:00.

RALLY SIGN-UP INFORMATION

We have 30 sites allocated.

$25.00 per night (rally rate).

Hosts will not be assigning sites. Call the park directly to make your own reservation.

Let them know if you need to be close to the rally hall.

Payment is to be made at the time of check-in.

They accept Cash, Check, or Credit Card (no Discover or American Express).

Be aware of the park cancellation policy (quite liberal).

After you make your reservation

please reply to this post and give your arrival/departure dates and site number.

This is the official way to insure you have a site.

Please include your full names in the reply since I don’t recognize everyone’s ‘username’.

The theme for this Spring Fling Rally is WESTERN.

ACTIVITIES

Early arrivers – 3/1 Thursday

6:00 PM Brick’s River Café for dinner

Try to carpool. There is also parking available at hotels around the café.

Sign-up for a head count

3/2 Friday

6:00 PM Meet & Greet

Sign-up to bring soup, sandwiches, desserts, snacks.

Afterwards visit around a campfire or in the rally hall.

3/3 Saturday

9:00 AM Breakfast

Sign-up for a traditional breakfast

After Breakfast Special Recognition
The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) will be awarding
the Texas Boomers a Certificate of Recognition
for our years of support

11:00 AM Craft in the Rally Hall

“Bandanas” for your cowpoke outfit for Saturday night.

Supplies will be provided.
