Rally Meals
Barbara Spade (our rally meal co-ordinator) will be posting another signup thread soon with the menus for the

Friday Night Meet and Greet and Saturday Morning Breakfast Buffet
as well as the
Saturday Night Christmas Rally Supper

**special note"
Ham and Turkey will be provided for the Rally Supper!

******
We are needing electric roasters to keep the ham and turkey warm
for serving....
If you have one that we could use, please let me know!!

Mike Brown - Sue Yoder - Harry Hartley
Janet Mezger and Donna Rogers have one each if needed

Rally Activities

We'll be firing up the new sound system/karaoke system that your generous donations through the year and at the auction have allowed us to get. We introduced it at the Leaderfest in October...believe me, we got a good one. Miss Mary Palmer is going to bring a selection of Christmas songs that we can karaoke to!!!

DECORATE A TABLE
Sign up below if you can decorate one (or more if you want) table in the rally hall. There'll be lots of tables (ROUND)each hosting 6 PEOPLE. IF you use a tablecloth, use a 90" round cloth so it will fit over the sides! Simple or elaborate? It's your table to decorate! PS: no need for plates or utensils...just decorations!

1 table - Sandy Creekmore
1 table - Pat Allen
1 table - Amber Brown
1 table - Sue Yoder
1 table - Marge Roberts
1 table - Angie Fridge
1 table - Randee Saber (Chanukah table)
1 table - Susan Wilson
1 table - Mary Lovitt
1 table - Karen Speir
1 table - Mensch, Bracken and Shodrock
1 table - Mensch, Bracken and Shodrock
1 table - Patrice Fogarty
1 table - Donna Rogers
1 table - Maggie Litterer
1 table - Annette Naylor
1 table - Ginny Miller
1 table - Shirley Atkins
1 table - Patti Schmitz

RIG DECORATING CONTEST
This is a favorite every year - we've seen the sky light up after dark with all our decos! Simple or elaborate...it's up to you! The park staff will judge the rigs and come up with a winner! PS: There'll be a nice prize for the first, second and third place winners!

GIVE A SPECIAL GIFT
Christmas is the time of giving and I'd like to have a bloodmobile come to the park so we can have the opportunity to give the "gift of life" to those in need in honor of our beloved Barb Ellerbrock and Beverly Montgomery. I'll post a separate sign up on this forum for those who can donate blood so arrangements can be made with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Bank.

For those unable to donate blood, we will set out a donation box to collect contributions to be given to the American Cancer Society in Barb and Beverly's name.

CHRISTMAS GIFT EXCHANGE
After the rally supper on Saturday night, we'll have our annual gift exchange and, as always, it will prove to be the hit of the rally! This is not a white elephant gift exchange! Each person who participates should bring a $7 - $10 wrapped gift to the event. Your gifts can be funny or fabulous, creative or crazy, dashing or daring, exotic or eccentric...whatever!

stay tuned for more information on the rally
