THERE'S BEEN A BIG CHANGE
SO PLEASE TAKE NOTE AND ANSWER ASAP!

Only ONE TIME in all my 11 years have I had to change locations for an established rally this close to rally date, but I have been presented with no other alternative today. The manager at Serendipity RV Resort and I came to the conclusion this morning that they simply cannot accomodate our group.

There are too many reasons leading to this decision to list here, but the major one being that none of us would be guaranteed a site when we arrived - another being there are only FIVE 50 amps sites available to us and there's EIGHTEEN 50 amp rigs signed up - this is just not acceptable! The minor consideration is that we will not be together, but spread out in groups of 2 or 3 all over the park and no one will know what site they'll be in until you arrive!

Our Easter Rally will now be held at
Lake Conroe KOA
19785 Hwy 105 W
Montgomery, Texas
http://koa.com/campgrounds/lake-conroe/photos/
Rally Rate: $28 per night
good for 7 days prior and 7 days following the rally

We are guaranteed 40 sites so I need to know
! ! ! as soon as possible! ! ! !
if you still plan to attend the rally.
We'll all be together in a block of sites
Each site has 30 and 50 amp full hookups
cement pad and patio tables

SPECIAL NOTE
Several of you have contacted Serendipity RV Park by internet, phone call or email to make your reservations. You'll need to call and cancel privately with them. Even though you're part of the rally - you made independent reservations with them so they'll have to be cancelled independently.

I hope you understand the predicament I was faced with that has caused me to cancel at Serendipity in Palacios. They were gracious, but I just have to do what's best for the entire group. I sincerely apologize for all the confusion and inconvenience!
Sandy

Hi Judy -

I've got ya'll in site 103 - it is the "orange" section or dark gold...colors vary! Your site is right across the road from the rally hall and is 30 amp site. The bright yellow sites are 50amp and I have to reserve those back for big rigs, motorhomes etc. We have more 30 amp sites than 50 amps available.

Good deal! Yes, the rally rate posted is good for two days before or after the rally subject to availability (worded in my contract with them). It shouldn't be a problem.

Randee, can you refresh my memory on your new rig? I'm still showing your travel trailer on the pink scroll!!! Do you 50 amps?

72 was just taken by Jim and Marge Roberts, but if you need 50 amps, then I can put you in #71

Sandy, Ours is a 30', we need 30 amps. Would like the yellow area for the concrete pad, and close to the dog walk and pier. Thu-Sun.

Sandy, we would like site 66 if still available. We plan to arrive 4/21 and leave on 4/25, four nights. BTW - Easter, 4/24, will be our 46th wedding anniversary. Can't think of a nicer way to spend it than with the Boomers!
