PARK INFORMATION

We have 45 full hook up sites reserved for our rally – The rally rate is $29.00 per night

We have full use of the big Magnolia Rally Hall for this event over the weekend.

Please do not call the park to register to come! We have all the sites on reserve already so all you need to do is sign up on this thread or email me at sandycreekmore@texasboomers.net to come.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

If you are unable to attend this event for any reason, please be courteous to notify me as soon as possible so your site may be given to someone else to attend. If no courtesy call is made, the Texas Boomers are held financially responsible for one night site fee to the rv park.

ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEKEND

PINK FLAMINGO DISPLAY CONTEST
Bring out all those dusty pink flamingoes that we've been lax in putting out
at recent rallies and decorate your site!
A grand prize for the best display will be presented on Saturday night

Friday Night Meet and Greet – 6:30 pm

Saturday Morning Breakfast - 9:00 am

Memorial Day Tribute

Annual Texas Hold'em Game

Saturday Night BBQ Bash- 6pm

prepared on site by our own Capt Frank!

If you’ve never had his brisket and sausage….make sure you have a will made out because it’s “to die for”!!!!

We’ll let you know the exact cost of the full meal per person, but we’re estimating it to be around $12 per person

Sunday Luncheon - 12 noon

Nacho-Mama's Nacho Lunch
In an attempt to do something different from our traditional Mexican Haystacks luncheon, we're going to do nacho event - light but VERY filling!
I'm estimating it will be about $5 per person
