We don't have an rv at this time, but plan on getting one after the first of the year if all goes right. And we should fit right in. She's a native Texan and I'm a Boomer (both in age and in voice)

I have wanted to get a rig and travel the country for 15 years. Looks like the wife finally agrees if we work the money right.

Why is it that everything we like takes money?

It is definitely an investment, but certainly one that is an enjoyable pasttime! Look forward to hearing of your adventures and if you should be "in the neighborhood" of a Texas Boomers rally, we'd love to meet you!

geekygpa, WELCOME, let me add to Madame Boomer, our investment in the rig has been enjoyed 100 times over, so glad we did it. Let us know when you decide on a rig and feel free to join in at one of our many Campouts or Rallies.
