12V power to outlets

Hello, all! I'm new to the forum and hope someone can help. We have a 2010 Coachmen Clipper 108ST Sport. The outlets inside all work fine on shore power, but not from the battery. I tried to reset the GFI under the dinette, but it didn't have that typical GFI "click". I suspect that this is the culprit, but don't know for sure. Thoughts/suggestions for a fix? Thanks!

Ellen

you are not supposed to have 12 volt at the outlets. when you are plugged in to shore power or running your generator or if you have an inverter you will have 110 volts at your receptecles. if you have an inverter you may not have power to all the outlets when it is turned on. the only outlets that will have 12 volts are the ones that look like a cigarett lighter.
