1999 Fleetwood Coleman Sun Valley selling price?

We just bought a new TT, but still have our pop-up. Does anyone have an idea what I should be asking? Roof air, furnace, sink, cook top, awning and over cook top all work. Slight canvas problem, seems pulling a bit in one area. Other than that, I would say it's in good shape. Thank you for any input, sorry for such a vague description.

What did you pay for it?

If it's the one I'm looking at, average retail is about $1800. Of course depending on how clean it is, where you are, and what they are selling for in your area, that can change.

Last december, I had a 1997 Coleman that I put on Craigslist for $2500 and ended up selling it for $2000. From the pictures it looked very similar to yours

We had a 99' Coleman we bought new for $6400 (Cheyenne model with front storage trunk / 10' box) sold it 6 years later (2005) for $4200. I would say $2500 would be a good starting point.

Back in 99' we started looking at used pup's, but most in the $2 to $3,000 range had canvas issues. That is why we went new back in 99'. Sold my last hybrid (2005 Aerolite) back in the spring of 2012 on Craigslist. Sold the Coleman on Ebay...didn't get a bid over my reserve price, but someone contacted me after the auction and we meet at that $2400 price.

From the pictures, it looks real clean and the AC is a big plus.

We ended up selling it for $3100.00 We had to add the extra's like a Coleman folding table, and a fire and ice grill, microwave. Everyone is happy, it went to a good home.
