Currently have a 13,500 BTU Carrier Air V installed on my 1992 Jayco 1206 Deluxe pop-up camper. We had some water leaking into the camper during our last trip and it wasn't coming from the gasket between the upper unit and the roof. It was leaking from the front two bolts (around the nuts that are pressed into the upper frame). I removed the exterior cover and the upper scroll assembly cover and noticed water on the black plastic above the front bolts.
Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks!

Gary,
I'm having the same problem . If you look up thru the filters you can see the evaporator coils in the scroll housing . In my case i can see water being blown against the flow of air off of the evaporator coils and dripping down the case into the ceiling unit . So far I've replace the 14x14 gasket . Cleaned the evaporator coils and cleaned out the drain pan . going to test it tomorrow in 75-80 degree heat . Make sure camper and ac are level and try plugging the ac directly into a good 20-30 amp extension cord , the shorter the better . It seemed to help with my condesate problem. you can silicon the bolts and pressed in nuts to get a better seal ., will let you know how it works out . Rob
