Well.. first off- did you take it back to your selling dealer for repairs.
If you didn't - thats the first mistake because the repair dealer you took it too doesn't make any money on warranty repairs from Flagstaff.
What types of problems did you experience. When I worked for adealer that sold Flagstaff popups, we had to do some serious work on some of em just to get them out the door to the customer. Lifter system problems, leaks from plumbing- electrical gremlins. These units are built for a price- and they do everything to keep these units under that price. I've been to the Flagstaff/Rockwood factory in Millersburg, IN a while ago. Its not real high tech place. Problem is probably that your warranty is run out now and the factory doesn't want to hear it on problems now.
I'd be curious what the problems you are having..
