How do I install a cooling fan for my 2000 Starcraft venture pop up

Me an my wife just purchased a pop up camper, an I'd like to know how to install a fan that would draw out the heat from the fridge an circulate the cool air in the fridge.

We use a small AC fan in the compartment plugged into the AC outlet we started with our pop up and still use one in our 5th wheel. You blow it on the coils up towards the top where the exhaust heat goes. You can also find a DC fan with a very low draw on low.

Hi, and Welcome to iRV2.
Are you looking for a fan to be used internally in the fridge ?
I use a small fan availible at most RV supply stores, takes 2 "D" cells batteries last about a month of full time use.
If your looking for a chimney vent fan to move air up the outside rear of the fridge, there are 12V, 110v and solar power available, they can be always on or t'stat controlled; and priced accordingly. These fans are to help the fridge operate at high temps 90+f ; because most RV fridges will stop working about 100f without them. They can be installed at the top; under the cover to pull air up, or pushing from the bottom. If you boondock all or most of the time I would consider Solar powered.
Good luck and Safe Travels .

According to Fantastic Vent and at least Dometic or Norcold you pull the air through, not blow it toward the fins. Much more efficient that way according to them. The installation instructions for the refers show it that way. Mount the fan at the top of the refer and pull the air over the coils.
