The cap, and the greasable bearing protectors thing fell off on my last trip, on one side. Need to take the other off, go get a matching pair, and install them.

How do I disassemble it, and install the new ones?
Just pull it out and push a new one in?

I have a 88 Palomino Colt.

I need these basically, need these, not sure size yet.

1.98" Wheel Bearing Protectors, 1 Pair

You can just wiggle and pull them off with water pump pliers. Then you can go to any auto parts store and match them up. To put them on you just tap them on the edge with a hammer. Make sure you don't get any dirt in the grease.

thanks.. That's what I assumed.. I actually pulled the part number off of it and they had it in stock.
