I'm new here! Hello!

I chanced across this forum and looking to share adventures, advice, insights, recommendations, etc and just some good conversation. If there are any protocols, bad habits to avoid, let me know.

We are pop-up campers in northern CA. We've had our Fleetwood Coleman Cheyenne since 09 and pull it with a Hyundai Santa Fe. We are empty nesters, not at retirement stage yet. Our camping style is mostly about seeing beautiful country, hiking, history, variety of places.

We've been mostly around the western US, Sierras and Rockies, the last few years. Though we have a cross-country trip planned this Fall.

Thanks for reading, hope to enjoy the exchanges here!

Welcome!! We LOVED our Coleman Colonial popup... in fact, it was all the fun we had in that little rig that got us into RVing full-time!!!

Wepinegar, if you dig into the blog I linked on my first post, it discusses our route and timing. Thanks for your good words of welcome to this forum!

We had an 09 Palamino and a KIA Sportage but traded up to an ultra light tt.
We semi empty nesters. The oldest is married with two kids, and the youngest is 18. But has the camping bug already. He likes the big diesel pushes his grandpa had.
Its a pretty good sight. I've had mixed opinions so sometimes you have to have an open mind.
