While moving the trailer, blew the rubber off the tire and went to the closest tire shop to get replacements. Five hours later drove out with three new tires at a very good price. Problem arose when the distributor sent golf cart tires, huge no-no and had to start the process all over again. Not having the proper equipment to dismount required all hand work and all of the employees took it upon themselves to be busy at other jobs. When management was "Jacked up" it was quickly remedied and we were on our way. Nice customer satisfaction discount.
