Talking new pop up

Yeah I finally get to pick up the new pop up tomorrow! what a long strange trip this has been. But we are so excited. I will post some picks when I get it home. It is supposed to be pouring rain tomorrow but I don't care. After the walk thru at the dealer tomorrow (inside thank god) I probably won't open it until the weekend but who knows we are all a tizzy like the kids. We have trips planned and reservations made as well as some other ideas brewing. See ya all out there!!!!

Congratulations! Back in the day we had a 1991 Palomino TXL Hard Side pop up. We purchased it up in Westchester County during the Suffern RV Show at the Rockland Community College.

Have fun!

got it

We picked up the pop up today went through what I thought was the whole thing. got it home and went to open it up and found a few little issues I will call the dealer tomorrow. Broken knob on cooktop. The screws for the pull out beds were all very loose and so we couldn't pull them out. and the cooktop bracket stripped outy its screws and fell off. All minor but annoying. We will let them know what happened not to be jerks just so they know and can send me the parts. also it came with the electric brakes! I didn't order them they were already on it and they work like a charm. The unit towed sweetly I could almost forget it was there. Now to finish outfitting it and off we go!!!!!

You will enjoy getting off the ground. We tent camped for 12 years before we bought a Coleman in 99'. Sure did get our $$$'s worth out of it......

Hey fire58p12,

Best of luck with the new pop-up! I had a pop up from 1990 - 1994! We had lots of good times in it, and sometimes I think about maybe finding a good used one for short trips to places I can't get to in the bigger Class -A! What it comes down to is it does not matter what we camp in as long as we camp and have a good time! So enjoy enjoy enjoy!!!!
