i have a 1983 jayco "J" series 706 pop up camper,the problem i have is my double plug outlets won't run anything,i've checked them with a fluke meter and each plug has 24.8 volts,the only electrical i have in this camper are the 2 plug outlets( there is an electrical box with a 15 amp breaker) now, do you think this breaker is bad,and if so how can i check ? thanks and have a nice day................:dan ce::danc e:

Sounds like your meter's bad. I don't know how you're getting 24.8 volts. You are talking about 120 v AC outlets, right? Get a multimeter and check the voltage at the outlet your shore power cord is plugged into. Then check at the panel. Flip the circuit breaker a few times and check terminals there. Do you have a GFI outlet? Check it too.
